In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României,
republicată, şi al art. 74 lit. I) din Legea îmbunătăţirilor funciare nr.
138/2004, republicată, cu completările ulterioare,
Guvernul României adoptă
prezenta hotărâre.
Articol unic. -Anexa la Hotărârea Guvernului nr.
496/2009 pentru aprobarea bugetului de venituri şi cheltuieli pe anul 2009 al
Administraţiei Naţionale a Imbunătăţirilor Funciare, aflată sub autoritatea
Ministerului Agriculturii, Pădurilor şi Dezvoltării Rurale, publicată în
Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 301 din 7 mai 2009, cu
modificările ulterioare, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa*) care face
parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
