ACT EMIS DE: UNIUNEA NATIONALA A EXECUTORILOR JUDECATORESTI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 249 din 13 aprilie 2007



Având în vedere accesul în profesia de executor judecătoresc, precum şi schimbările de sediu ale birourilor executorilor judecătoreşti ce au apărut după publicarea tabloului, Consiliul Uniunii Naţionale a Executorilor Judecătoreşti, în baza art. 18 alin. 3 din Statutul Uniunii Naţionale a Executorilor Judecătoreşti, adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. I.   -   S-a  propus  şi  s-a votat în   unanimitate publicarea în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, a completărilor*) aduse tabloului executorilor judecătoreşti cu ultimele actualizări:
