În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 42 din Legea nr. 500/2002 privind finanţele publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă caracteristicile principale şi indicatorii tehnico-economici ai obiectivului de investiţii „Bursa de Peşte“ Tulcea, prevăzuţi în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 2Finanţarea obiectivului de investiţii menţionat la art. 1 se face din fonduri nerambursabile alocate de Comisia Europeană prin Fondul european pentru pescuit, prin Programul operaţional pentru pescuit 2007-2013, şi de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Pescuit şi Acvacultură, în limita sumelor prevăzute anual cu această destinaţie, conform programelor de investiţii publice aprobate potrivit legii. Articolul 3Ministerul Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale răspunde de modul de utilizare a sumei prevăzute în anexă, în conformitate cu prevederile legale în vigoare. Dumitru Ivanov FN– puncte de colectare peşte - anexe la Bursa de Peşte:• puncte de colectare fixe: Jurilovca, Sarichioi, Dunavăţu de Jos, Somova (Parcheş), Chilia Veche • puncte de colectare plutitoare: Tulcea, Mahmudia, Murighiol, Sfântu Gheorghe, Crişan, Caraorman, Sulina, Mila 23, Gorgova Indicatorii tehnico-economici:
- Valoarea totală a investiţiei, inclusiv TVA mii lei 77.066*)
(în preţuri la 22 iunie 2011; 1 euro = 4,2517 lei),
din care:
- construcţii+montaj mii lei 38.635
- Eşalonarea investiţiei (INV/C+M)
- Anul I INV mii lei 50.000

*) Valoarea se va actualiza potrivit evoluţiei ulterioare a preţurilor.

Sediul central - clădirea Bursei de Peşte Tulcea:
- suprafaţa construită desfăşurată mp 2.473
- suprafaţa construită mp 1.854
- suprafaţă totală teren ha 0,9053
- regim de înălţime P+E
Puncte de colectare fixe:
- suprafaţa construită desfăşurată mp 370
- suprafaţa construită mp 300
- suprafaţă totală teren (fiecare punct de colectare fix) ha 0,10
- regim de înălţime P+M (parţial)
Durata de realizare a investiţiei: luni 18

Factori de risc Obiectivul se va proteja antiseismic conform Normativului P 100-1/2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Finanţarea investiţiei Finanţarea obiectivului de investiţii se face din fonduri nerambursabile alocate de Comisia Europeană prin Fondul european pentru pescuit, prin Programul operaţional pentru pescuit 2007-2013, şi de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale, în limita sumelor prevăzute anual cu această destinaţie, conform programelor de investiţii publice aprobate potrivit legii.
