În conformitate cu art. 11 alin. (2) lit. e) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 84/2003 pentru înfiinţarea Companiei Naţionale de Autostrăzi şi Drumuri Naţionale din România - S.A. prin reorganizarea Regiei Autonome „Administraţia Naţională a Drumurilor din România“, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 47/2004, cu modificările ulterioare,în temeiul art. 42 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 500/2002 privind finanţele publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi al art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă indicatorii tehnico-economici aferenţi lucrărilor de intervenţii „Refacere corp drum, refacere terasamente, consolidări maluri, refacere podeţe DN 2A km 141+500 - km 152+800“, judeţul Constanţa, prevăzuţi în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 2Finanţarea lucrărilor de intervenţii menţionate la art. 1 se face din împrumutul acordat de Banca Europeană de Investiţii, asigurat conform prevederilor Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 64/2007 privind datoria publică, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 109/2008, cu modificările ulterioare, de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii, în limita sumelor aprobate anual cu această destinaţie, precum şi din alte surse legal constituite, conform programelor de investiţii publice aprobate potrivit legii. Articolul 3Ministerul Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii răspunde de modul de utilizare a sumei prevăzute în anexă, în conformitate cu prevederile legale în vigoare. Durata de realizare a investiţiei: luni 12

*) Valoarea se va actualiza potrivit evoluţiei ulterioare a preţurilor. Factori de risc: Obiectivul se va proteja antiseismic conform Normativului P100-1/2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Finanţarea investiţiei: Finanţarea lucrărilor de intervenţii se face din împrumutul acordat de Banca Europeană de Investiţii, asigurat conform prevederilor Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 64/2007 privind datoria publică, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 109/2008, cu modificările ulterioare, de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii, în limita sumelor aprobate anual cu această destinaţie, precum şi din alte surse legal constituite, conform programelor de investiţii publice aprobate potrivit legii.
