privind aprobarea finantarii programelor de conservare si utilizare a populatiilor de animale în stare critica, în pericol de disparitie si a celor vulnerabile, pe specii si rase

ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 663 din 5 octombrie 2009



In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 3 alin. (5) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 194/2005 privind finanţarea de la bugetul de stat a unor măsuri pentru conservarea şi utilizarea resurselor genetice animale în stare critică, în pericol de dispariţie şi a celor vulnerabile, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 137/2006,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1. - Se aprobă finanţarea în anul 2009 a programelor de conservare şi utilizare a populaţiilor de animale în stare critică, în pericol de dispariţie şi a celor vulnerabile, precum şi numărul de animale pentru care se acordă finanţarea, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 2. - Sumele alocate în condiţiile prezentei hotărâri vor fi utilizate cu respectarea prevederilor Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 194/2005 privind finanţarea de la bugetul de stat a unor măsuri pentru conservarea şi utilizarea resurselor genetice animale în stare critică, în pericol de dispariţie şi a celor vulnerabile, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 137/2006.

Art. 3. - Fondurile necesare se asigură din bugetul aprobat Ministerului Agriculturii, Pădurilor şi Dezvoltării Rurale pe anul 2009, de la capitolul 83.01 „Agricultură, silvicultură şi vânătoare", titlul II, „Bunuri şi servicii", articolul 20.18 „Plăţi pentru finanţarea patrimoniului genetic al animalelor".
