pentru modificarea Deciziei primului-ministru nr. 588/2009 privind înfiintarea si componenta Consiliului pentru Rationalizarea Cheltuielilor Publice

ACT EMIS DE: PRIMUL-MINISTRU

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 89 din 10 februarie 2010



In temeiul art. 19 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

primul-ministru emite prezenta decizie.

Art. I. - Articolul 3 din Decizia primului-ministru nr. 588/2009 privind înfiinţarea şi componenţa Consiliului pentru Raţionalizarea Cheltuielilor Publice, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 506 din 22 iulie 2009, se modifică după cum urmează:

„Art. 3. - Consiliul pentru Raţionalizarea Cheltuielilor Publice este format din 10 membri, prevăzuţi în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta decizie."

Art. II. -Anexa la Decizia primului-ministru nr. 588/2009 se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa la prezenta decizie.
