Având în vedere propunerea Ministerului Administraţiei şi Internelor, formulată prin Adresa înregistrată cu nr. 4.713.665 din 21 decembrie 2012,în temeiul art. 15 lit. d) şi al art. 19 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,prim-ministrul emite prezenta decizie.ARTICOL UNICÎncepând cu data intrării în vigoare a prezentei decizii, domnul Chiper Constantin-Cătălin se eliberează din funcţia de secretar de stat la Ministerul Administraţiei şi Internelor. Ce folos ca in tara noastra sunt legi daca nimeni nu le aplica, suntem de rusinea Europei pentru ca la noi se fura ca in codru. Toti analfabetii sunt pe functii de conducere doar pentru ca au bani in buzunar iar copii cred ca adevaratele valori morale, caracteriale si intelectuale nu au nici o importanta. Tara noastra creaza monstri pe banda rulanta. Copii invata inca de mici ca trebuie sa minti, sa furi si sa joci teatru ca sa supravietuiesti. Fetitele cred ca trebuie sa te casatoresti cu mosnegutul plin de bani ca sa te capatuiesti iar baietii viseaza sa se faca toti fotbalisti. La Medicina mai nou se intra cu note sub 5, majoritatea oamenilor de calitate pleaca din tara, nu se mai produce nimic si totul se importa, politicienii fura ca in codru si fac afaceri cu statul pe spinarea fraierilor care trag ca boii in jug. Si ma gandesc cu groaza la faptul ca multi dintre romani au ajuns sa vada fostul regim comunist ca pe o binecuvantare si asta pentru ca suntem democratici doar cu numele."PIENOIU IULIANA CERASELA" domnule Ponta daca nu faceti ceva cu tara asta de cacat vom face noi cu dumneavoastra va amintiti din liceu ce inseamna "demos" si "cratos" SPER CA DA.atatea lucruri promise atatea inselaciuni vreti sa spuneti k toata averea dumneavoastra e facuta pe bani cinstiti? NU.nici macar nu meritati sa va vorbesc la persoana a doua plural dar parintii miau oferit o educatie destul de buna dar despre dumneavoastra nu pot spune acelasi lucru nu aveti pic de respect si consideratie pentru aceasta tara va doare-n cot daca noi o ducem rau si incercati sa va feriti de orice scandal. daca l-ati dat afara pe CHIPER CATALIN credeti ca ati rezolvat ceva?NU doar pentru a va apara imaginea dumneavoastra si a domnului Crin Antonescu sunteti in stare sa riniti si excrementele cainilor. Degeaba va mai spune cineva ceva k tot ce stiti aia faceti sa furati sa inselati si incalcati juraminte. Vai de noi de acum incolo ca am ajuns pe maini proaste.
