Având în vedere prevederile art. 6 alin. (1) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 33/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 160/2012, precum şi propunerea preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei formulată prin adresele nr. 58.350 din 14 decembrie 2012 şi nr. 5.312 din 4 februarie 2013,în temeiul art. 19 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,prim-ministrul emite prezenta decizie. Articolul 1Se aprobă componenţa nominală a Consiliului consultativ al Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta decizie. Articolul 2La data intrării în vigoare a prezentei decizii, Decizia prim-ministrului nr. 183/2007 privind stabilirea componenţei nominale a Consiliului consultativ al Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 405 din 18 iunie 2007, cu modificările ulterioare, se abrogă.
