ACT PUBLICAT ÎN MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 78 din 31 ianuarie 2012
Văzând Referatul de aprobare nr. RL 727/2012,având în vedere prevederile art. 93 din Legea nr. 95/2006 privind reforma în domeniul sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, ale art. 77 alin. (3) din Contractul-cadru privind condiţiile acordării asistenţei medicale în cadrul sistemului de asigurări sociale de sănătate pentru anii 2011-2012, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.389/2010, cu modificările ulterioare,în baza Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 144/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul sănătăţii emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se aprobă tarifele pe cap de locuitor necesare stabilirii bugetului global contractat de serviciile publice de ambulanţă cu casele de asigurări de sănătate pentru anul 2012. Articolul 2Tarifele stabilite sunt prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin, ele fiind calculate în baza bugetului Fondului naţional unic de asigurări sociale de sănătate aprobat pe anul 2012. Articolul 3În cazul în care prin legea de rectificare sunt acordate fonduri suplimentare care sunt repartizate în acest scop, Casa Naţională de Asigurări de Sănătate înştiinţează Ministerul Sănătăţii asupra sumelor respective, în vederea redistribuirii lor. Articolul 4Redistribuirea fondurilor suplimentare şi repartizarea fondului de reechilibrare prevăzut în anexă se realizează prin ordin al ministrului sănătăţii, la propunerea Comisiei de medicină de urgenţă şi dezastre a Ministerului Sănătăţii. Articolul 5Structurile de specialitate ale Ministerului Sănătăţii, Casa Naţională de Asigurări de Sănătate şi casele de asigurări de sănătate duc la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.
