    In baza prevederilor art. 3, 5 si ale anexei nr. IV la Decizia nr. 3/2005 a Consiliului de Asociere Romania - Uniunea Europeana privind imbunatatirea regimului comertului cu produse agricole transformate, prevazute in Protocolul nr. 3 la Acordul european, semnata la Bruxelles la 5 iulie 2005, ratificata prin Legea nr. 3/2005,
    in temeiul prevederilor art. 5 alin. (6) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 738/2003 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Economiei si Comertului, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,
    luand in considerare prevederile Ordinului ministrului economiei si comertului nr. 898/2004 privind deschiderea unor contingente tarifare la importul in Romania de anumite vinuri si bauturi alcoolice originare din Uniunea Europeana (UE) si modul de administrare a acestor contingente in anul 2005, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    ministrul economiei si comertului emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Ordinul ministrului economiei si comertului nr. 898/2004, publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 1.272 din 30 decembrie 2004, modificat si completat cu Ordinul ministrului economiei si comertului nr. 405/2005, publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 671 din 27 iulie 2005, se modifica si se completeaza dupa cum urmeaza:
    - Anexa nr. 1 "Contingente tarifare prevazute la importul in Romania de anumite sortimente de vinuri si bauturi alcoolice originare din Uniunea Europeana si taxele vamale aplicate in 2005 in cadrul acestor contingente" se inlocuieste cu "Lista contingentelor tarifare preferentiale prevazute la importul in Romania de anumite sortimente de vinuri si bauturi alcoolice originare din Uniunea Europeana", prevazuta in anexa*) care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.

    Art. 2
    Prezentul ordin intra in vigoare la data de 1 decembrie 2005 si se aplica pana la data de 31 decembrie 2005, inclusiv.
