pentru modificarea Ordinului ministrului economiei si comertului, al presedintelui Autoritatii Nationale de Reglementare în Domeniul Gazelor Naturale si al presedintelui Agentiei Nationale pentru Resurse Minerale nr. 102.136/530/97/2006 privind valorificarea cantitatilor de gaze naturale pe piata interna si masuri pentru întarirea disciplinei în sectorul gazelor naturale

In temeiul prevederilor Legii petrolului nr. 238/2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, ale Legii gazelor nr. 351/2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

în baza prevederilor Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 1.720/2008 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Economiei, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, ale Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 756/2003 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Resurse Minerale,

ministrul economiei, preşedintele Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei şi preşedintele Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Resurse Minerale emit următorul ordin:

Art. I. - Alineatul (3) al articolului 1 din Ordinul ministrului economiei şi comerţului, al preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Gazelor Naturale şi al preşedintelui Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Resurse Minerale nr. 102.136/530/97/2006 privind valorificarea cantităţilor de gaze naturale pe piaţa internă şi măsuri pentru întărirea disciplinei în sectorul gazelor naturale, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 489 din 6 iunie 2006, se modifică după cum urmează:

„(3) Categoria de gaze naturale noi se desfiinţează începând cu data de 1 ianuarie 2007. Cantităţile de gaze naturale certificate de către Agenţia Naţională pentru Resurse Minerale drept gaze noi până la data de 1 ianuarie 2007, deţinute şi necomercializate de către titularii acordurilor petroliere, vor fi valorificate pe piaţa internă, până la epuizarea acestora."

Art II. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
