Având în vedere Referatul Direcţiei organizare şi politici salariale nr. R.L. 434 din 20 ianuarie 2012,în temeiul prevederilor art. 7 alin. (1) şi (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 144/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul sănătăţii emite următorul ordin: Articolul I Anexa nr. 1 la Ordinul ministrului sănătăţii nr. 1.577/2011 privind aprobarea detalierii pe judeţe a numărului total de paturi, pe anul 2012, din unităţile sanitare publice şi private pentru care casele de asigurări de sănătate pot încheia contracte de furnizare de servicii medicale spitaliceşti, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 832 din 24 noiembrie 2011, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul IIPrezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Ministrul sănătăţii, Ritli Ladislau ANEXĂ(Anexa nr. 1 la Ordinul nr. 1.577/2011)
