    In temeiul art. 114 alin. (4) din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    (1) Se scutesc de la plata taxei pe valoarea adaugata utilajele, echipamentele si materialele prevazute in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta ordonanta de urgenta, necesare in vederea realizarii proiectului "Instalatia de anhidrida ftalica si plastifianti" la Societatea Comerciala "OLTCHIM" - S.A. Ramnicu Valcea.
    (2) Finantarea proiectului prevazut la alin. (1) se asigura printr-un credit extern in valoare de 60.200.000 DM garantat de statul roman.
