    Incepand cu data de la care s a retras dreptul de distributie si comercializare a aparatelor de marcat electronice fiscale, se interzice comercializarea tipului si modelului aparatului respectiv atat de catre distribuitorul autorizat, cat si de catre societatile comerciale incluse in reteaua de distributie a distribuitorului autorizat.
    Distribuitorii autorizati carora li s a retras dreptul de distributie si comercializare a aparatelor de marcat electronice fiscale raman raspunzatori in continuare pentru obligatiile ce le revin, conform Ordonantei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 28/1999, republicata, si Hotararii Guvernului nr. 479/2003, pentru aparatele livrate.
