GUVERNUL ROMANIEI

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Intrarea, iesirea si tranzitul marfurilor purtatoare de accize sunt permise numai prin vamile autorizate in acest scop conform listei-anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Marfurile importate, purtatoare de accize, pot fi vamuite la orice punct vamal de interior, desemnat de importator.
    Art. 3
    Categoriile de marfuri prevazute la art. 1 vor fi urmarite de la vamile de frontiera la vamile de interior la care se efectueaza vamuirea sau la cele de iesire in baza declaratiei vamale in detaliu, completata pentru regimul de tranzit, sau in baza voletelor de tranzit din carnetele TIR sau ATA.
    Directia generala a vamilor va elabora norme metodologice de urmarire si incheiere a operatiunilor de tranzit, aprobate prin ordin al ministrului finantelor.
    Art. 4
    Prezenta hotarare intra in vigoare in termen de 15 zile de la data publicarii ei in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei.
