Văzând actul Ministerului Afacerilor Interne prin care se constată îndeplinirea de către Asociaţia Română pentru Tehnică de Securitate a condiţiilor legale pentru recunoaşterea statutului de utilitate publică,în temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 39 alin. (1) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 26/2000 cu privire la asociaţii şi fundaţii, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 246/2005, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC Se recunoaşte Asociaţia Română pentru Tehnică de Securitate, persoană juridică română de drept privat, fără scop lucrativ, cu sediul în municipiul Bucureşti, Splaiul Independenţei nr. 319, bloc Ob.12, etaj 1, sectorul 6, înregistrată în Registrul asociaţiilor şi fundaţiilor cu nr. 3 din 30.01.2003, având codul fiscal nr. 15203062, ca fiind de utilitate publică.PRIM-MINISTRUMIHAI TUDOSEContrasemnează:Ministrul afacerilor interne,Carmen Daniela DanMinistrul finanţelor publice,Ionuţ Mişa
