ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI
ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 353 din 11 decembrie 1997

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba alocarea sumei de 1.500 milioane lei pentru completarea fondurilor proprii, necesara continuarii lucrarilor de constructii si reparatii la lacasurile de cult apartinand Episcopiei Ortodoxe a Covasnei si Harghitei, prevazute in anexa la prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Suma prevazuta la art. 1 se aloca, prin Secretariatul de Stat pentru Culte, din Fondul de rezerva bugetara la dispozitia Guvernului.
    Art. 3
    Se autorizeaza Ministerul Finantelor sa introduca modificarile corespunzatoare in bugetul de stat si in bugetul Secretariatului de Stat pentru Culte pe anul 1997.
    Art. 4
    Secretariatul de Stat pentru Culte si alte organe abilitate de lege vor controla modul de utilizare a sumei prevazute la art. 1.
