    In temeiul art. 22 din Legea nr. 67/1995 privind ajutorul social,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    (1) Se aproba acordarea unor ajutoare de urgenta, in valoare totala de 980 milioane lei, unui numar de familii sinistrate de la colonia muncitoreasca Brazi, judetul Hunedoara, prevazute in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    (2) Ajutoarele de urgenta aprobate potrivit alin. (1) se platesc din fondurile neutilizate in anul 1999, destinate acordarii de subventii asociatiilor si fundatiilor romane cu personalitate juridica, care infiinteaza si administreaza unitati de asistenta sociala, potrivit prevederilor Legii nr. 34/1998.
