pentru aprobarea bugetului de venituri si cheltuieli al Comisiei Nationale a Valorilor Mobiliare pe anul 2007

ACT EMIS DE: PARLAMENTUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 1023 din 22 decembrie 2006



Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1. - Bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli al Comisiei Naţionale a Valorilor Mobiliare pentru anul 2007, finanţat integral din venituri extrabugetare, se stabileşte la suma de 47.845   mii   lei   -   venituri   curente   şi   sold   din   anul precedent, 47.745  mii  lei  -  cheltuieli şi  la suma de 100 mii lei excedent bugetar.

Art. 2. - Detalierea cheltuielilor pe structura clasificaţiei bugetului de stat este prezentată în anexa*) care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

*) Anexa este reprodusă în facsimil.

Art. 3.  -  Repartizarea pe trimestre a bugetului de venituri şi cheltuieli se face de Comisia Naţională a Valorilor Mobiliare în conformitate cu obiectivele şi sarcinile acesteia.

Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 65 alin. (2) şl ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
