    Avand in vedere ca Legea nr. 70/1991, republicata*), nu prevede decat obligativitatea acreditarii observatorilor si reprezentantilor mass-media straini,
    constatand ca reprezentantii mass-media romani isi desfasoara activitatea atat prin organe de presa, agentii de stiri, posturi de radio sau de televiziune etc., romane, cat si pentru institutii cu acelasi profil din strainatate,
    in vederea aplicarii unitare a dispozitiilor art. 30 alin. (2) si ale art. 62 alin. (7) din Legea nr. 70/1991,

    HOTARASTE:
    Cu unanimitate de voturi:
    Reprezentantii mass-media, cetateni romani, indiferent de organul de presa, agentia de stiri, postul de radio sau de televiziune etc., pentru care lucreaza, nu au nevoie de acreditare pentru a participa la activitatile care se desfasoara in localul sectiei de votare potrivit prevederilor art. 62 alin. (7) din Legea nr. 70/1991.
    Atestarea calitatii de reprezentant mass-media se face fie cu legitimatia de serviciu valabila, emisa de organul din Romania pe care il reprezinta, fie cu legitimatia de ziarist, emisa de Ministerul Afacerilor Externe, pentru ziaristii romani care reprezinta organe de presa, agentii de stiri, posturi de radio sau de televiziune etc., straine, sau, in lipsa acesteia, cu actul emis de organul de presa pentru care lucreaza si cu buletinul de identitate.
    Biroul Electoral Central, potrivit prevederilor art. 30 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 70/1991, nu acrediteaza decat observatorii si reprezentantii mass-media straini, iar pentru reprezentantii mass-media romani, indiferent pentru cine isi desfasoara activitatea, Legea nr. 70/1991 nu prevede obligativitatea acreditarii.

    Prezenta hotarare va fi publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, conform prevederilor art. 30 alin. (5) din Legea nr. 70/1991.
