În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 42 din Legea nr. 500/2002 privind finanţele publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă caracteristicile principale şi indicatorii tehnico-economici ai obiectivului de investiţii „Clădire spaţii de învăţământ“ pentru Şcoala Naţională de Studii Politice şi Administrative - municipiul Bucureşti, sectorul 1, Bd. Expoziţiei nr. 30A, prevăzuţi în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 2Finanţarea obiectivului de investiţii prevăzut la art. 1 se face de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Ministerului Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului, în limita sumelor aprobate anual cu această destinaţie, conform programelor de investiţii publice aprobate potrivit legii, din veniturile proprii ale universităţii, precum şi din alte surse legal constituite cu această destinaţie. Articolul 3Pe data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri se abrogă Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 642/2006 privind aprobarea indicatorilor tehnico-economici ai obiectivului de investiţii „Clădire spaţii de învăţământ“ pentru Şcoala Naţională de Studii Politice şi Administrative, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 458 din 26 mai 2006. Durata de realizare a investiţiei (rest de executat) 9 luni

*) Valoarea se va actualiza potrivit evoluţiei ulterioare a preţurilor. Factori de risc Obiectivul se va proteja antiseismic conform Normativului P100-1/2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Finanţarea investiţiei Finanţarea obiectivului de investiţii se face de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Ministerului Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului, în limita sumelor aprobate anual cu această destinaţie, conform programelor de investiţii publice aprobate potrivit legii, venituri proprii, precum şi din alte surse legal constituite cu această destinaţie.
