În temeiul prevederilor art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi ale art. 28 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 416/2001 privind venitul minim garantat, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICSe aprobă acordarea unor ajutoare de urgenţă în valoare totală de 105.500 lei, din creditele bugetare aprobate cu această destinaţie în bugetul Ministerului Muncii, Familiei şi Protecţiei Sociale pe anul 2012, pentru sprijinirea familiilor şi persoanelor singure, prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre, aflate în situaţii de necesitate cauzate de incendii, starea de sănătate ori alte cauze care pot conduce la riscul de excluziune socială.
