Având în vedere propunerea formulată de Ministerul Dezvoltării Regionale şi Turismului prin Adresa nr. 53.439/I.A. din 12 august 2010, înregistrată sub nr. 20/12.347/D.N.A. din 16 august 2010,

în temeiul art. 18 şi 19 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

primul-ministru emite prezenta decizie.

Articol unic. - Se constituie Comitetul interministerial privind procesul de reformare a legislaţiei şi procedurilor din domeniul amenajării teritoriului, urbanismului, arhitecturii şi construcţiilor, având componenţa prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta decizie.
