    In temeiul art. 8 lit. c) din Decizia Consiliului National al Audiovizualului nr. 12/2003 privind eliberarea avizului de retransmisie,

    Consiliul National al Audiovizualului decide:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Avand in vedere cedarea catre un tert a autorizatiei tehnice de functionare, se retrag la cerere avizele de retransmisie ale Societatii Comerciale "CONY SAT" - S.A. (cerere inregistrata la Consiliul National al Audiovizualului cu nr. 4.419 din 20 mai 2003).
