naturale au obligatia sa îl detina în depozitele de înmagazinare subterana la încheierea
activitatii de injectie din anul 2010

AUTORITATEA NATIONALA DE REGLEMENTARE IN DOMENIUL ENERGIEI
ACT PUBLICAT IN:
MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 9 din 7 ianuarie 2010
Având în vedere prevederile art. 8 alin. (1) lit. i)
şi x) din Legea gazelor nr. 351/2004, cu modificările şi
completările ulterioare, şi ale art. 16 alin. (1)şi (2) din
Legea nr. 346/2007 privind măsuri pentru asigurarea siguranţei în
aprovizionarea cu gaze naturale, coroborate cu prevederile art. 6 alin. (1)
şi (3) din Metodologia privind determinarea anuală a nivelului
stocului minim de gaze naturale pentru titularii licenţelor de furnizare
şi a nivelului stocului de gaze naturale pentru operatorul Sistemului naţional
de transport al gazelor naturale, aprobată prin Ordinul preşedintelui
Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei nr.
91/2009,
în temeiul prevederilor art. 7 alin. (4) din
Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.428/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea
Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei,
preşedintele Autorităţii
Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei emite următorul ordin:
Art. 1. - Se aprobă stocul minim de gaze naturale
pe care titularii licenţelor de furnizare a gazelor naturale au
obligaţia să îl deţină în depozitele de înmagazinare
subterană la încheierea activităţii de injecţie din anul
2010, prevăzut în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
Art. 2. - Titularii licenţelor de furnizare a gazelor
naturale care asigură aprovizionarea cu gaze naturale a consumatorilor
şi titularii licenţelor de înmagazinare subterană a gazelor
naturale vor duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin, iar
compartimentele de resort din cadrul Autorităţii Naţionale de
Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei vor urmări respectarea acestora.
Art. 3. - Nerespectarea prevederilor prezentului ordin
constituie contravenţie şi se sancţionează în conformitate
cu prevederile Legii gazelor nr. 351/2004, cu modificările şi completările
ulterioare, şi ale Legii nr. 346/2007 privind măsuri pentru
asigurarea siguranţei în aprovizionarea cu gaze naturale.
Art. 4. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul
Oficial al României, Partea I.
