Cercetare-Dezvoltare în Turism - I.N.C.D.T. Bucuresti
ACT EMIS DE:

MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 857 din 9 decembrie 2009
Având în vedere referatul de aprobare a bugetului de
venituri şi cheltuieli rectificat pe anul 2009 al Institutului Naţional de
Cercetare-Dezvoltare în Turism, avizat de Ministerul Muncii, Familiei şi
Protecţiei Sociale şi de Ministerul Finanţelor Publice,
în conformitate cu prevederile art. 5 alin. (5) din
Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.719/2008 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea
Ministerului Turismului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale
art. 46 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea
Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările
ulterioare,
în temeiul prevederilor art. 24 alin. (2) din Ordonanţa
Guvernului nr. 57/2002 privind cercetarea ştiinţifică şi dezvoltarea
tehnologică, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 324/2003, cu
modificările şi completările ulterioare,
ministrul turismului emite
prezentul ordin.
Art. 1. - Se aprobă bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli
rectificat pe anul 2009 al Institutului Naţional de Cercetare-Dezvoltare în
Turism - I.N.C.D.T Bucureşti din coordonarea Ministerului Turismului, prevăzut
în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
Art. 2. - (1) Cheltuielile totale aferente veniturilor
totale înscrise în bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli prevăzut la art. 1
reprezintă limite maxime care nu pot fi depăşite.
(2) In cazul în care în execuţie se înregistrează
nerealizări ale veniturilor aprobate, Institutul Naţional de
Cercetare-Dezvoltare în Turism - I.N.C.D.T Bucureşti va efectua cheltuieli în
funcţie de realizarea veniturilor, cu încadrarea în indicatorii de eficienţă
aprobaţi.
Art. 3. - Institutul Naţional de Cercetare-Dezvoltare
în Turism - I.N.C.D.T Bucureşti din coordonarea Ministerului Turismului va duce
la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.
Art. 4. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul
Oficial al României, Partea I.
