privind suplimentarea bugetului Secretariatului de Stat pentru Problemele Revolutionarilor din Decembrie 1989 cu suma de 4,25 miliarde lei din Fondul de rezerva bugetara la dispozitia Guvernului pe anul 1999 pentru organizarea si finantarea aniversarii a 10 ani de la Revolutia anticomunista romana

    In temeiul prevederilor art. 20 din Legea nr. 72/1996 privind finantele publice, ale art. 20 lit. a) din Legea bugetului de stat pe anul 1999 nr. 36/1999 si ale art. 5 din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 71/1999 pentru organizarea si finantarea aniversarii a 10 ani de la Revolutia anticomunista romana,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba suplimentarea bugetului Secretariatului de Stat pentru Problemele Revolutionarilor din Decembrie 1989 cu suma de 4,25 miliarde lei din Fondul de rezerva bugetara la dispozitia Guvernului pe anul 1999, pentru organizarea si finantarea aniversarii a 10 ani de la Revolutia anticomunista romana.
    Art. 2
    Modul de repartizare si de utilizare a sumei alocate potrivit art. 1 este prevazut in anexele nr. 1 si 2, care fac parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 3
    (1) Secretariatul de Stat pentru Problemele Revolutionarilor din Decembrie 1989 aloca fondurile repartizate conform lit. B din anexa nr. 1 numai pe baza notelor de fundamentare prezentate de organizatii si avizate de Comitetul national de aniversare a Revolutiei din decembrie 1989.
    (2) Secretariatul de Stat pentru Problemele Revolutionarilor din Decembrie 1989 raspunde numai de alocarea sumelor in limitele stabilite prin prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 4
    Utilizarea in alte scopuri a sumelor alocate prin prezenta hotarare atrage raspunderea disciplinara, materiala sau penala, dupa caz, a persoanelor vinovate.
    Art. 5
    Sumele ramase neutilizate pana la data de 25 decembrie 1999 se restituie in vederea reintregirii Fondului de rezerva bugetara la dispozitia Guvernului pe anul 1999.
    Art. 6
    Se autorizeaza Ministerul Finantelor sa introduca modificarile corespunzatoare in bugetul Secretariatului de Stat pentru Problemele Revolutionarilor din Decembrie 1989 si in bugetul de stat pe anul 1999.
