pentru modificarea anexei nr. 4 la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 60/2005 privind organizarea si functionarea Regiei Autonome „Administratia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat", pentru trecerea unui imobil, aflat in administrarea Regiei Autonome „Administratia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat", din domeniul public al statului in domeniul privat al statului, precum si pentru aprobarea vanzarii, prin licitatie deschisa, a unor imobile aflate in domeniul privat al statului si in administrarea Regiei Autonome „Administratia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat"

Având în vedere prevederile art. 15 alin. (2) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 19/2002 privind unele măsuri pentru constituirea şi utilizarea fondului locativ de protocol, proprietate publică a statului, şi pentru vânzarea unor imobile, proprietate privată a statului, aflate în administrarea Regiei Autonome „Administraţia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat", aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 640/2002, cu modificările ulterioare,

în temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 5 alin. (2) şi al art. 10 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publică şi regimul juridic al acesteia, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi al art. 11 lit. m) din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. I. - Coloanele 2 şi 3 de la nr. crt. 358, 764, 779 şi 780 din anexa nr. 4 „Lista bunurilor imobile, din domeniul privat al statului, aflate în administrarea Regiei Autonome «Administraţia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat»" la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 60/2005 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Regiei Autonome „Administraţia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat", publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 105 din 1 februarie 2005, cu modificările ulterioare, se modifică şi vor avea următorul cuprins:

Art. II. - Se aprobă trecerea imobilului aflat în administrarea Regiei Autonome „Administraţia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat", având datele de identificare prevăzute în anexa nr. 1, din domeniul public al statului în domeniul privat al statului.

Art. III. - Se aprobă vânzarea prin licitaţie deschisă, în condiţiile legii, a imobilelor aflate în domeniul privat al statului şi în administrarea Regiei Autonome „Administraţia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat", având datele de identificare prevăzute în anexa nr. 2.

Art. IV. - Pentru vânzarea prin licitaţie deschisă a imobilelor prevăzute în anexa nr. 2, Regia Autonomă „Administraţia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat" va aplica procedura stabilită prin Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 19/2002 privind unele măsuri pentru constituirea şi utilizarea fondului locativ de protocol, proprietate publică a statului, şi pentru vânzarea unor imobile, proprietate privată a statului, aflate în administrarea Regiei Autonome „Administraţia Patrimoniului Protocolului de Stat", aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 640/2002, cu modificările ulterioare.

Art. V. -Anexele nr. 1 şi 2 fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
