de uz didactic apartinând domeniului privat al statului, aflate în
administrarea Ministerului Apararii Nationale, catre Ministerul Apararii al
Republicii Moldova, pentru Institutul Militar al Fortelor Armate
ACT EMIS DE:
GUVERNUL ROMANIEI
ACT PUBLICAT IN:
MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 694 din 18 octombrie 2010
In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia României,
republicata, şi al art. 11 lit. m) din Legea nr.
90/2001 privind organizarea şi functionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificarile şi completarile
ulterioare,
Guvernul României adopta
prezenta hotarâre.
Art. 1. - (1) Se aproba donarea unor bunuri de uz
didactic apartinând domeniului privat al statului, aflate în administrarea
Ministerului Apararii Nationale, prevazute în anexa care face parte integranta
din prezenta hotarâre, în valoare de 671,69 lei, catre Ministerul Apararii al
Republicii Moldova, pentru Institutul Militar al Fortelor Armate.
(2) Bunurile cuprinse în anexa se scad din evidenta
cantitativ-valorica a Ministerului Apararii Nationale.
Art. 2. - Cheltuielile necesare pentru ducerea la
îndeplinire a activitatii de donare a bunurilor prevazute în anexa se suporta
din bugetul aprobat Ministerului Apararii Nationale.
Art. 3. - Se autorizeaza Compania Nationala
„Romtehnica" - S.A. sa îndeplineasca formalitatile aferente livrarii bunurilor, în numele şi pentru Ministerul Apararii Nationale.
Art. 4. - Transportul, manipularea şi paza bunurilor se
efectueaza cu mijloace şi forte asigurate de Ministerul Apararii Nationale.
Art. 5. - Predarea-preluarea bunurilor prevazute la art.
1 se face pe baza unui proces-verbal de predare-primire încheiat între parti,
în termen de 90 de zile de la data intrarii în vigoare a prezentei hotarâri.
