In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 23 alin. (1) din Legea bugetului
de stat pe anul 2006 nr. 379/2005, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, al art. 42 din Legea
îmbunătăţirilor funciare nr. 138/2004, cu modificările şi completările
ulterioare,
Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 1. - Se aprobă bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli rectificat pe anul 2006 al Administraţiei Naţionale a Imbunătăţirilor Funciare, aflată sub autoritatea Ministerului
Agriculturii, Pădurilor şi Dezvoltării Rurale, prevăzut
în anexa*) care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 2. - La data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri se abrogă
anexa la Hotărârea
Guvernului nr. 192/2006 pentru aprobarea bugetului de venituri şi cheltuieli pe anul 2006 al Administraţiei Naţionale a Imbunătăţirilor Funciare, aflată sub autoritatea Ministerului
Agriculturii, Pădurilor şi Dezvoltării Rurale, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 144 din 15
februarie 2006.
