preturile principalelor bunuri consumptibile rechizitionabile, necesare
estimarii fondurilor folosite la plata despagubirilor acestora, valabile pe
anul 2009
ACT EMIS DE:

ACT PUBLICAT IN:
MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 249 din 14 aprilie 2009
Având în vedere dispoziţiile art. 22 alin. (3) şi ale
art. 24 alin. (2), (3) şi (5) din Legea nr. 132/1997 privind rechiziţiile de
bunuri şi prestările de servicii în interes public, cu modificările şi
completările ulterioare, şi ale Precizărilor privind stabilirea limitelor
preţurilor pentru principalele bunuri consumptibile rechiziţionabile, aprobate
prin Hotărârea Comisiei Centrale de Rechiziţii nr. 1.285/2005,
Comisia Centrală de Rechizitii
adoptă prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 1. - Se aprobă Lista cu preţurile principalelor
bunuri consumptibile rechizitionabile, necesare estimării fondurilor folosite
la plata despăgubirilor acestora, valabile pe anul 2009, prevăzută în anexa
care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 2. - Oficiul Central de Stat pentru Probleme
Speciale, prin Comisia Centrală de Rechizitii şi prin comisiile mixte de
rechizitii, va lua măsuri pentru ducerea la îndeplinire a prevederilor
prezentei hotărâri.
Art. 3. - Secretariatul tehnic
permanent al Comisiei Centrale de Rechizitii va actualiza trimestrial preţurile
cuprinse în lista prevăzută la art. 1, pe baza indicilor de preţuri stabiliţi
de Institutul Naţional de Statistică şi publicaţi în Buletinul Statistic de
Preţuri.
Art. 4. - Prezenta hotărâre se publică în Monitorul
Oficial al României, Partea I.
