HOTARARE Nr. 662 din 7 iulie 2005
privind modificarea Hotararii Guvernului nr. 100/2002 pentru aprobarea Normelor
de calitate pe care trebuie sa le indeplineasca apele de suprafata utilizate
pentru potabilizare si a Normativului privind metodele de masurare si frecventa
de prelevare si analiza a probelor din apele de suprafata destinate producerii
de apa potabila

In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata,
Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.
ARTICOL UNIC
Hotararea Guvernului nr. 100/2002 pentru aprobarea Normelor de calitate pe
care trebuie sa le indeplineasca apele de suprafata utilizate pentru
potabilizare si a Normativului privind metodele de masurare si frecventa de
prelevare si analiza a probelor din apele de suprafata destinate producerii de
apa potabila, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 130 din
19 februarie 2002, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
1. Articolul 4 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
"Art. 4
In sensul prezentei hotarari, prin autoritate publica centrala din domeniul
apelor si protectiei mediului se intelege Ministerul Mediului si Gospodaririi
Apelor, iar prin autoritate competenta in domeniul gospodaririi apelor se
intelege Administratia Nationala <<Apele Romane>>."
2. La anexa nr. 2, articolul 3 alineatele (2) si (3) vor avea urmatorul
cuprins:
"(2) Metodele de masurare de referinta sunt cele prevazute in anexa
nr. 2 a).
(3) La verificarea parametrilor prevazuti in anexa 2 a) trebuie respectate
valorile pentru limita de detectie, precizia si acuratetea metodelor de
masurare de referinta."
3. La anexa nr. 2, la articolul 9, litera a) a alineatului (1) va avea
urmatorul cuprins:
"a) metodele de masurare de referinta prevazute in anexa nr. 2 a);
metoda de analiza corespunzatoare standardului indicat in tabel are caracter
voluntar, alte metode alternative pot fi folosite, daca se demonstreaza ca
acestea au aceeasi sensibilitate si limita de detectie;".
4. Anexa nr. 2 a) la normativul "Metode de referinta pentru masurarea
valorilor I si/sau G ale parametrilor din anexa nr. 1 b)" se modifica si
se inlocuieste cu anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.

analizeaza si se masoara dupa trecerea prin sita de sarma pentru indepartarea
oricaror resturi plutitoare din lemn, plastic etc.

acopera cea mai mare cantitate din substantele de masurat.
