ACT EMIS DE: CAMERA AUDITORILOR FINANCIARI DIN ROMANIA

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 464 din 7 iulie 2010



In temeiul prevederilor art. 6 alin. (3) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 75/1999 privind activitatea de audit financiar, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale art. 11 şi art. 12 lit. a)-e) şi k) din Regulamentul de organizare şi funcţionare a Camerei Auditorilor Financiari din România, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 983/2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi în baza materialelor supuse dezbaterilor,

Conferinţa ordinară a Camerei Auditorilor Financiari din România, întrunită în şedinţa din 8 mai 2010, hotărăşte:

Art. 1. - Se aprobă documentele cuprinse în ordinea de zi a Conferinţei ordinare anuale 2010 a Camerei Auditorilor Financiari din România (Camera), respectiv Raportul de activitate a Consiliului Camerei pentru anul 2009, situaţiile financiare anuale ale Camerei pentru exerciţiul financiar 2009, execuţia bugetului de venituri şi cheltuieli pentru exerciţiul financiar 2009, proiectul bugetului de venituri şi cheltuieli pentru anul 2010, precum şi programul de activităţi al Consiliului Camerei pentru anul 2010, şi se ia cunoştinţă de conţinutul Raportului Comisiei auditorilor statutari asupra situaţiilor financiare ale Camerei pentru anul 2009.

Art. 2. - Se deleagă Consiliul Camerei în vederea depunerii demersurilor pentru modificarea şi completarea Regulamentului de organizare şi funcţionare a Camerei Auditorilor Financiari din România, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 983/2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, în conformitate cu Legea nr. 26/2010 pentru modificarea şi completarea Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 75/1999 privind activitatea de audit financiar, urmând a se publica în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.

Art. 3. - Prezenta hotărâre se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
