In temeiul art. 3 alin. (4) şi al art. 19 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

primul-ministru emite prezenta decizie.

Articol unic. - Se aprobă structura organizatorică şi statul de funcţii ale Aparatului de lucru al viceprim-ministrului, prevăzute în anexele nr. 1 şi 2, care fac parte integrantă din prezenta decizie.
